Tiffany at Dahltile was the go to girl! She was professional, and knew her product, had great ideas, and most of all, patient, as I changed my mind four times! We will return for future remodeling!
I was very excited to see what this store had to offer but while I was looking at the tiles without help for awhile, finally a lady comes out and was very rude after seeing that I am native American she was very rude and acted discusted made me feel very uncomfortable. So I suggest go elsewhere. GREAT FLOOR services was much more helpful and nice.

I send all of my clients to Tiffany L. at Dal tile here in Missoula. She helps my customers choose their tile selections and makes my life easy by not having to go there myself.

Tiffany is very helpful when picking out tile. She went the extra mile at helping us find all our different tile selections.

Turns out that the showroom is appointment only, they don’t sell to the public and they don’t sell to contractors.
They don’t seem to understand the disconnect between having a public showroom sign out front, showroom hours posted on the website and reality.
Perfectly happy to laugh at me and point me to the retailers that carry their products.

The store employee Steve, less than helpful. They vary sales hours as they see fit. 3 std Schulter product items were purchased, nothing custom. They charged 25% restock fee, 85$, for items off a shelf 12' away in showroom. Mgr Mike was belligerent, rude. His staff appears to reflects poor customer service, exemplified the mgr, Mike. The national Schluter Co is terrific in their customer service, website. I'd buy online, skip the local Daltile

I drove out to the Dal Service showroom at the suggestion of my contractor. I was met outside the door by someone who cut me off immediately and refused to allow me come in. I had previously bought Dal tile I picked out there for my bathroom and was shown around and given nice personal service. This time it was just pretty much a "Nope- please leave" message. Disappointing! I recommend that you change your web site if you don't want any customers to be able to look at your tile styles to help make decisions for purchase of Dal tile. :(

I am a retired contractor and building inspector. I went into the store to find out about some of their installation materials. Because I don't currently have a contractors license they would not even talk to me. I've purchased tile from Daltile for years and have always found the other stores helpful, not the one in Missoula.

Some of the worst service I have received. My uncle's order shipped to him was incorrect so he asked me to go and pickup the correct materials locally as he needed them ASAP. I was ignored when I got there, had to ask for assistance, and then argued with when I tried to pick up the correct materials. Very unprofessional... to the point that I felt I should let the public know. Maybe they treat their contractors better.
