In the last 2 years, Fencecrafters has put in 2 fences for me, one cedar and one chain link, along with a partition around my patio and an adjustment to a multi-neighbor fencing situation. In every case, they were professional, timely, and provided top notch quality. I highly recommend Kelly and Carl and their crew to manage any fencing needs someone might have.
Poor! I had Kelly give me a quote for a vinyl fence a few months ago, it was $6k for a very small yard. Not realizing it would be that pricey I saved up for a few months and then called him again to order it. He didn’t have the quote anymore so came back out and measured. He wanted to know what price he had quoted me and I said $6k. He had told me over the phone it would be about the same price that he originally quoted. I had to call and text him multiple times to get the 2nd quote. He seemed really put out that I texted and called him when I never heard back, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. I’m pretty sure that’s not how you treat a customer that is wanting to give you business. I was just hoping to get the fence ordered and installed before winter. I hung up knowing after that interaction I wouldn’t be using Fencecrafters. Kelly left me a voicemail later and for the same thing, just 2 months later the quote is now $8k. What a joke… an increase of $2k in a few months, nothing like trying to take advantage of a person! Beware!!
