Design Air, Inc. is a wonderful company that we have used for the past couple of years since buying our home. Their Technicians are awesome and always making sure to keep you informed and listening to the customers concerns! (Thanks Kyler for spending the extra time you spent answering my questions)

Design Air was recommended to us when we had an urgent need with our furnace that had stopped working in turn causing no heat during a cold snap. They were able to get a tech out the next day which was great, but he spent 3 hours only to end up leaving without being able to diagnose the problem which was very disappointing. He recommended fixing a part that was going to cost $600-800 and he didn't even know for sure if that would fix the problem at which point we'd still have to attempt more fixes at more cost to us. We still were charged $322 to not even have our issue solved or at least diagnosed which was extremely disappointing and outrageous. I'm not sure if he was relatively new and maybe not super knowledgeable or what but perhaps someone shouldn't be sent out to calls alone if they're unsure of what they're doing. I also wasn't super impressed with the communication or lack there of. The receptionist and tech were friendly, but overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience and I felt like they just wanted our money rather than to take care of our problem.

We had a beast of a 50 year old furnace that we were told by another company couldn't be replaced. So when we visited a couple of trade shows the only person who was totally knowledgeable was Liz from Design Air. She came to check out our problem and said we can do this. Matt and Kyler incredibly removed the beast and installed our new Bryant in one day! The old one had to be moved with a forklift. The work included new venting, a chimney liner, gas piping and electrical connection. These guys are the greatest!

Design Air is one of the best. From the time you call them until the job is finished they are very friendly, professional, efficient and clean with everything they do. They always answer all your questions. No job is too small or big for them to give you a hand. If there is an emergency they are very quick to get there and get it fixed.

We were referred to Design Air, Inc. for a kitchen hood install. Initially, they were great. An employee came out to evaluate what we needed to be done and provide a quote. We were told we'd have a quote within the week, and then we could move forward. Three phone calls and 1.5 months later, I have not received a quote, despite being told I would, and the employee who was our contact at the company has been non-responsive.
Given this unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend Design Air, Inc.

Tristan, Cody and Griffin did an excellent job installing a new air conditioner and Halo air purification system, reinstalling humidification system and correcting several problems from recent furnace installation by a competitor. They were prompt, friendly, considerate, thorough, clean and even fixed my light in the furnace area. Really appreciate that when I called multiple highly recommended vendors and was put on waiting list when I needed emergency help, Design Air came out right away to take care of the immediate problem then they went out of their way to fit us in for more major installations and repairs promptly when others couldn't schedule us. Thanks Guys!

I cannot recommend this company enough! We have been very pleased with the furnace installation and the great follow up for any problems. Today, 1 1/2 years after the installation Tristan and Cody were here to fix a problem Mark had identified and I was so impressed with the quality of work, politeness and professional attitude. They really do put their customers first. Mike the owner has done a great job on cultivating a fantastic crew!

Could not be happier with the product or service. We had our furnace replaced and a new AC unit installed. Mike and his team came recommended, and when we called to schedule a consult/estimate, Mike and Brett came out the very next day! They listened to what we wanted, and took their time to look into what was possible/recommended for our home. They gave us several options of different units/efficiency, walked us through each one, and answered all of our questions.
One-day install!
On the day of the install, Corey E and his team were prompt and professional. They went out of their way to let us know what was going on with their work, ask and answer questions, and even point out things that were not part of their job (leak in the water heater and rodent droppings in the crawl space). They even took time at the end of the day to sweep up dirt and debris in the home and garage that were not from their work. After the inspection a minor tweak was needed, and Corey E came out and had it done in
