This was the first time I have used this business and I will definitely be using them again for my heating and cooling needs. Randy was great, he was on time, friendly and professional. He was honest and didn’t try to tack on any additional ( unnecessary) charges. I thought their prices were reasonable and less than some competitors in the area.

Okay, so I read through all the reviews of various HVAC companies in the Missoula area because I was needing a furnace/AC unit to replace a 25 year old system. I decided to go with Hotchkiss, estimator was very through and accommodating with the plan. Gonna do it first of May because, you know it’s May. Supposed to be spring and warmer. Well this morning 04:00 the old furnace decided to give me problems and not ignite, so no heat and it’s 28 degrees! Called the office for a service call to limp me through the weekend till the new install. The office staff was extremely helpful and was able to rearrange service Tech schedules to help me out TODAY ! The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. Highly recommend Hotchkiss not only for new install but for service as well!

Had gas company change out a faulty meter and they found a small leak on our furnace. Called Hotchkiss at 1130 and by 3 they had it fixed. Amazing service, top notch tech Randy was fast and efficient replacing so quickly. It's impressive to call, have the tech repair, and be done so quickly keeping our family safe. Hotchkiss is the best.

Today Randy saved us from frostbite! It was -18 degrees this morning, our inside house temperature had dropped to 41 degrees! My husband called him at 8:30 and Randy was in our driveway at 10:30.l! We live about 25 miles from his shop in Missoula so we felt this was super fast service during such awfully cold weather. Unfortunately he had to get on our roof, trudging through the snow along the way….remember, it was -18 degrees! We’ve been toasty warm all day! Service was outstanding and our bill was lower than anticipated. We’ll be scheduling an appointment in the spring for some follow up work. An important thing to note, Temp Right (their sticker was on our furnace) wouldn’t come out for a service call since we weren’t “established customers “. How lucky for us that they blew us off! We will be established customers for maintenance and repair with this company in the future! Customer service and reputation is the best selling point a company can offer! Thanks!

Randy was awesome! He explained everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. Our heater was not an easy task, but he handled it with a smile and took it on as a new challenge. My husband and I were very pleased with his work and his attitude. Can't find good people to do good work anymore. Randy is not one of those people, he was just incredible!
