Very honest business with very fair pricing. The price quoted was the price we paid. No funny business here, or last minute “add ons.” This is just a great business with honesty and integrity. Mike was great. He fixed the main problem quickly then tackled the thorny problem of replacing an obsolete thermostat with a modern one. It required much sorting out the previous wiring and lots of testing, but success was achieved. Many kudos.

This was a very professional visit. He did the furnace and then the air conditioner. He was very polite and nice. You installed my a/c 10 years ago and the only people that have serviced it since then. Thank you

So, just a little while ago this was a one star review; this was due to a bizarre and stressful office interaction I had with two persons NOT named Kim or Ashley. Kim and Ashley are great.
The two I spoke to instead were at best unconcerned with my issues or my increasing frustration, and at worst flatly rude and callous about the situation. I should add that one of these people claimed to be a supervisor repeatedly over the course of about 6 days, which she was not. That situation and this rudeness has been addressed as far as I know.
The situation I called about was a simple install problem with the compressor unit out of level. A complication here was that the install had occurred two years before I called about it, which was unfortunate. These guys would like to know right away if there's any problem with an installation, either something overlooked or just something you aren't happy with.
Who knows why the compressor wound up this way during the install, pic below, but it wasn't completely sideways and it had worked well for two years. I did fail to call anyone about it, that is on me, but I reasoned that at some point somebody would be able to come out and set the unit in a little better.
At any rate, it has since been fixed with an old log, so crisis averted. After talking with a very professional install supervisor about the full situation a couple days ago, Sept. 5th 2023, the original installer will be coming out to make sure the connections and fan and etc are all fine, and possibly I will be helping him put some pavers or gravel under this thing. I'm 100% happy with this resolution, and it's been offered by Justin (install supervisor) here at Temp Right after a detailed and therapeutic phone conversation.. Lol, that is the right word for it. Thanks Justin!
So, another 5 star review, and this company deserves it. It's a shame that not everyone appreciates the value of treating customers correctly, and a real shame that some of those at this business were actively doing the exact opposite of that. Again, Kim or Ashley have been uniformly excellent over the years, and I have been calling Temp Right about different items for nearly 7 years now. Cheers to everyone, and I'm sure I'll have more business in the future!
I'll leave the photo because it shows how nice this unit looks, even though it is a little wonky. In the real world, not every great compressor, system or etc. is or has to be perfect, and that's fine. (This one will be more perfect soon though and I'll update the picture)
Edit: so finally updated the picture. This is the jimmying of the original install to fix my unhappiness with the crookedness, completed at the great expense of over an hour drive and at no charge to me, pretty amazing guys, tyty

Cody Lakey is the BEST !!! He answered all of our questions and gave us several options for our AC needs. He is extremely professional. We did not feel pressured or pushed into making a decision. Cody was very informed about all the AC products that were offered. We know we made a great choice for our home AC needs.

Temp Right employs some of the most friendly technicians in the trades. I appreciate how kind and polite every one has been to my children, my dogs, and myself. They get me scheduled quickly and are always happy to help me understand their work or what work needs to be done.

We have used Temp Right twice this year for service. Their technician, Aaron M is polite and dedicated to doing the job well and is a great communicator. I had the pleasure of having Brandon over for a preventive maintenance check on my furnace, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Brandon's expertise and professionalism truly shone through from start to finish.
Brandon uncovered a failing capacitor and identified a malfunctioning condensate pump that had gone unnoticed for quite some time.
