Despite three previous customers warning me against working with Red Lodge Glass, I decided to work with them because they are a local company and everyone goes through hard times. I paid them in full for windows in January 2024. In March, Natalie (co-owner) told me in writing that they had arrived and there were two customers ahead of me in terms of getting them installed. After calling and texting her several times in April without response, I finally tracked down James, the other co-owner. He told me the windows had never been ordered, gave me a May 15 delivery date and assured me he'd personally take care of ordering them. Ten days after the May 15 delivery date, no communication, I had to reach out for an update and he told me they still weren't there. By the end of May he admitted that he had turned ordering back over to Natalie, had never called the window company himself to confirm the status and that they had (again!) never been ordered. Luckily my credit card company has a strong FRAUD protection program and refunded my money. Be very, very careful working with these folks. We've known them for a long time, our kids grew up together and they still treated us this poorly. I really don't like writing terrible reviews but this level of dishonesty is just too much.

Great people to deliver to and for. Natalie works either the driver to make sure delivery goes smooth and flawless. Appreciate the help and great communication.
