If he can’t answer the phone he does call back as soon as he can which can be a minute or possibly an hour (not normally that long) if he tells you that he will be there you can count on it. Very honest and reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about how he does business. After having such good experience at my last house that he was my obvious choice for the new house I built!

We are very pleased and grateful to Kyle for his professional and accommodating response to our heating malfunction. We discovered on a weekend a leak that required that we shut down the system. Kyle was immediately available to talk and text and thereby diagnose the problem. By midday on Monday he had gotten the necessary replacement parts and repaired our heating system!
