The owner of the company came out to do the install personally. I love this company. You get a real friendly touch with them.
After 25 years in this old house I finally bought new windows.
The old windows had been wired into our alarm system and I also wanted the new windows wired into the alarm.
Kevin did a great job rewiring the new windows so that we didn't need to drill holes in the new window frames which would violate the new window warranty.
Kevin was very quick and very thorough.
I very much appreciated his help as well as the unfailingly polite assistance I receive whenever I speak with anyone at American Alarms.

Joshua is our technician, and he is absolutely amazing! Joshua is kind, patient, professional, and just a great person to chat with as he's taking care of system. If you are lucky enough to have Joshua as your Technician, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
