Super friendly and family-oriented; seems to be a nice family that runs it! They have great customer service; they even put my extinguishers in my car as I was finishing up the payment inside! Only small very very minor issue, I had to follow up about them being finished (which they were, perfect timing :-) ). So my experience with them is somewhat a typical. I bought one of their company vans. They were just really good folks. We've had the van for several years now. There were no surprises or tricky dealings with the van. But on to their actual business. I just call them because I was looking for a sprinkler system company. They don't do sprinklers, but they were happy to recommend someone. They only fire extinguishers and something to do with hoods (maybe commercial kitchens?). It was easy to get someone on the phone. The man I spoke with was very nice. Lastly, they don't have a website which does seem weird in 2017. But they said they just didn't get enough traffic to it to justify the expense.
