Ashley Kitchen and Bath Design Studio is awful. Run! I am filing a law suit (never done before and I own 12 properties) so I can’t explain all the details yet — but will after the suit is over. They are truly the least professional, least caring and to be in a small town with kind people, they do not care. They will start your protect and never to hear from them again once you pay their invoice. My job is incomplete, left a huge mess, and was directed to order an appliance that won’t fit their cabinet. They won’t respond except to say, it’s my problem. My cabinet is missing a door, and hardware. All been paid for for over a year!

Ashley and her business partner came in after a contractor was unable to even begin a job he had committed to do. It was a blessing because he had sent us to meet Ashley and her business partner Patrick and I was blown away by their professionalism, and talent!!! They did what they said they would do and completed the job on time! I do not live in Asheville full time so this was a job done with out my being present. Ashley kept me in the loop and sent a text if there was a question. I could never recommend any one more highly!!! Any work I need done on my condo will be done by Ashley and her team. She is truly a dynamo in the very best sense of the word.

I am so pleased with this company. First the plans were perfect. Those little extras I didn't think of, were added. My order was drawn out due to insurance claim. They were totally patient. When I finally got a go, Ashley's was right on time with appointments, when I was given time lines, they were 100% accurate. When the order came in, Ashley was here to supervise and see that everything was as it should be. OH, and did I mention my kitchen is the size of a large closet? It is and I was treated like I was one of their largest customers! I highly recommend Ashley's! You will be pleased, I promised!!!!
