Today I met two awesome service people! I had a generator installed four years ago. Never needed it until last weekend when the power went off and the generator DID NOT kick on! Mama is on oxygen 24/7 which is why I got the generator. We were blessed to have full portable tanks and the power came back on after about an hour. Monday morning I called the company that sold and installed the generator and learned they do NOT service them!!!!??‍♀️ They “referred” me to Freddy’s Generator Pros. Called them yesterday, they came today. I learned that the generator should be serviced/maintained every year. Never had it done (ignorance not always bliss). Brandon and his young cousin came to do the service. They are the friendliest, kindest service people I’ve met in a minute! Customer service has always been a big deal for me (remember Maya?). They exceeded my expectations. So now I am on their annual maintenance schedule, the generator is working (no major fixes) and the bill was reasonable! Freddy’s Generator Pros is a family-owned company that sells, installs and maintains generators. Call them before you call the better known folks!

Nicest, most courteous. Dependable; trustworthy, timely. James is an angel, Freddy is quite personable as well. All workers and contractors polite, respective. Competitive price-wise and 24/7 available for any questions or problems. Very happy I chose them; it was on a word-of-mouth referral. Will be very happy to refer them.
