Chris @ Carolina Supply is my hero! Genuine customer service still exists! Our well pump chose to burn up just days before the Memorial Day of Remembrance weekend. I contacted Chris, seeking a replacement pump. Although they were out of stock, he didn't stop there. He acknowledged my urgent need and located one at the Asheboro Carolina Supply store. Chris then set up communication with that store, aiding in an arrangement to procure the needed well pump either by customer pick-up or next day transfer to the Burlington store. We opted to pick up that same day in case we ran into any hiccups and would still have a business day to chase anything down if needed. When the customer service agent @ that store realized there was a supply store (different ownership) closer to our location than the Asheboro store,information was provided to make sure they had what we needed. Pump obtained...but of course, ran into a hiccup. Had the pleasure to meet Chris in person the next day, thank him, and get the last hiccup piece needed to complete the restoration of water to our home... Now, to HONOR those who gave all this Memorial Day remembrance weekend ... with water available ! ??

We were given the name of Carolina Supply in Burlington NC. We needed a multi piece replacement shower and time was of the essence. We went in and met with an extremely professional sales person. She was able to ind exactly what we needed and we were delighted that it was a stock item and at a very reasonable price. Long story short, the shower unit was delivered the very next morning. I highly recommend a visit to Carolina Supply in Burlington for your plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing situation that I needed help with. I am not a plumber and honestly, have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to plumbing. Jimmy at Carolina Supply genuinely worked hard to find a solution to my unique problem. He listened, answered all of my questions and never made me feel stupid for being in that situation in the first place. I was able to use the supplies that Jimmy suggested and follow his instructions to get my problem fixed. I had to buy a few things and learn a few things too, but it was definitely cheaper (and faster) than calling a plumber. I have never received service like that at the big box stores and I will definitely be back to Carolina Supply for all of my plumbing supply needs.
