We recently decided to make the move from New York to North Carolina. We purchased a home which we wanted to turn into our dream home. Without knowing anyone in the area, a Google search brought us to Carolina Chic. Their 5 star rating stood out from the sea of contractor links that popped up, and OH MY do they live up to those stars!
We had 30 days from the date of closing to our move in date, so everything needed to be handled virtually without ever meeting first in person. Despite the distance, everything was handled seamlessly through virtual meetings, FaceTime calls and photo exchanges.
Brittney has an incredible eye for design. She effortlessly transformed our space into a stylish and functional home that reflects our taste perfectly. Cole’s attention to detail was impeccable, from ensuring that the frosted glass shower doors aligned perfectly to adding floor protectors to every desk leg. They even took the care of personally washing our bedding with our preferred detergent!
Their dedication and care went beyond the project itself. We heard from others that they helped our neighbors by assisting with bulky deliveries that were dropped in between the street and their driveway—truly going above and beyond!
Throughout the process, they maintained transparency and professionalism, keeping us informed and sticking to our budget without any surprises. Quite honestly, they made the entire experience enjoyable and even fun, turning what is typically a very stressful endeavor into a smooth and exciting journey!!
We HIGHLY recommend Carolina Chic!! We just wish there was an option to give Cole and Brittney more than 5 stars! They are simply the BEST!
Carolina Chic did some backsplash for us a few months ago in our kitchen and I have to sing their praises because the work has held up. Cole came out same day I contacted and measured my kitchen and gave me an estimate. He gave me a few ideas of what I could do and we decided on picket tiles.
The gentlemen from his team who ended up performing the job did an AMAZING job and they gave us a few ideas on what to do for the grout because we were clueless on what looked good. We also applaud the painter from the team who had to fix a few spots where our old granite was. Cole did warn us that you would slightly be able to tell a fresh coat of paint from what was originally there, but honestly the new paint blended in well.
Cole was extremely communicative before and during the backsplash process. The backsplash people did have to come back one extra time to fix up some grout spots, but Cole didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience whatsoever. He wanted us to be happy.
Highly recommend their company if you need home design work done. Cole is a licensed NC general contractor!

Cole and Brittney did a fantastic job helping me create the salon of my dreams. They walked me through the process from the ground up. They communicate well, and are very professional and personable to your wants/needs. They don’t let any, even the smallest of details go unnoticed. They made the process so much fun for me and took the stress out of it, I would most definitely hire them for my next project. Cole is great at executing the best plan of action and Brittney has an eye for design that is incredible, they make the perfect duo for any project you have.

I recently had my 30-year-old bathroom remodeled by Carolina Chic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wanted a clean, crisp, and fresh look, and they delivered exactly that. I chose cultured marble for its easy maintenance, and it looks stunning.
Cole from Carolina Chic was fantastic to work with. He really listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions promptly. Whenever I had any issues during the process, he replied quickly and resolved them efficiently.
The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free, and I highly recommend Carolina Chic for any bathroom remodeling needs. Thank you for transforming my bathroom into a beautiful, modern space!

This was our 1st major renovation since we moved in over 20 years ago. After speaking with several other companies and then meeting with Cole & Brittney we were excited to finally have a connection with someone we were really comfortable with doing the job. Our master bathroom was the main project as well as several updates in other spaces. If you are looking for a team that is passionate about the work they do, offers excellent customer service, professionalism, & quality work with attention to details look no further.
