Fantastic customer service! Kim and team were awesome. Used them for two different projects (window and sliding doors) at my home. Will definitely use them again if I need more windows/doors replaced.
We worked with The Window Source to install new windows and doors in our home. I highly recommend this business to other homeowners. The sales experience was transparent, pricing was competitive, and delivery was on-time. After installation, when we found an issue with our windows (manufacturer error), Kim and Tyasia provided exceptional customer service and follow-up to make it right for us. This included providing excellent communication, as they coordinated with us, manufacturer, and installation team. We are very happy with our order and would work with Window Source again in the future.

The sales rep gave us the best price (compared to two others) for what we wanted -- no extra lengthy sales pitches. The windows arrived within the expected time period, and installation was arranged within two days of their arrival. The two installers were particular about their work, and cleaned up afterwards taking away the old windows and blinds
