First time working with Kitchen and Bath. Overall, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process in helping me pick out the perfect washer and dryer for my new house. Will definitely be purchasing my future appliances from K&B in Cary.
The dishwasher broke twice after being used for less than a year, and the refrigerator was always delayed after waiting for more than a year. When I asked when the new model would arrive, They only answered that there was an old model, and soon cancelled the queue of the new model and arranged the delivery of the old model. When I asked when the new model would be available, I was told that there was a month difference between the old model and the new model. I don't know what they were thinking, knowing that they'd been waiting over a year for a new model, only to disqualify me at the last minute. I did say that if I waited too long I would have to use the old model, but why didn't you tell me in advance that it would only be a month apart. Although the electrical appliances gave me a very bad experience, but the design and service of their cabinets are good
