I couldn't be happier with the install. I got a ev charger installed. The fuse box was on the outside of my house behind the garage,and I ran the 240 to the garage door. I got a bunch of quotes from other electricians and electrical companies. They did the work for 1000s less. They broke a fuse switch replaced it no cost, they installed a whole home surge protector, and my 240 line for my car. Passed inspection, and it was still all cheaper by 1000s then 4 other quotes. I highly recommend getting a quote from them before you settle on a service.

Triad Electrical installed my EV charger, and I couldn't be more happy. From the quote to the installation, everything was done on time and quickly. I wanted my charger on a specific side, and they accommodated that request without any issues. After installation, they set up the inspection with the town inspector for the Duke Energy Rebate paperwork. The inspector didn't make my first appointment, but I called to let them know, and they set up another appointment for me. Everything was great from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great service, professionalism, and fair pricing. I've had multiple electrical jobs / work completed at my house: EV 220v connection, Ring electrical outlet / Floodlight / Camera installation, and replacement of all problematic breaker panel switches. They installed 240V Nema 14-50 outlet for me.
Came on time, worked fast, cleaned after yourself.

The installers were polite and their work was very professional. They completed the EV installation well ahead of my expectations. The first company told me they would have to cut a hole in my drywall but they would not fix it. Triad installers ONLY fished the cable through a clean small hole where they installed a junction box. Thank you Triad.
