Outstanding customer service!! We selected rusty coal metallic porcelain 24 x 48 large format tiles for our shower. A few arrived broken, and the Tile Shop quickly replaced them and added a few more! We experienced (our own) contractor issues and the Tile Shop was understanding and responsive at every step! We love our shower! The tile is beautiful. I will try to post a better picture when complete.

I have nothing nice to say about this location until two days ago. Two days ago, I accidentally drove there thinking it was a different store. Realizing it wasn’t, I still went inside. There was a lady with long hair at the register, she just looked at me but didn’t say anything. Ok, no big deal but I actually saw her again in the restroom. No, I did not expect a conversation in the restroom but a nod or smile would have sufficed. Moving on. Then there was Carin, coming down an aisle. She asked if I needed anything. I was reluctant to trouble her but I did strike a conversation. Turns out she was very helpful and just plain happy to be there. I went back today hoping she’d be there and she was!!!!! She was a tremendous help and I’m extremely happy with the choices I made. She even helped me think outside the box and pull it altogether. I learned that she’s only been in my area for two weeks. I hope she stays and loves living here. I also hope that people in my area are more friendly to her than people were to me inside the store. Update: Months later I went back to this store and Carin was off that day. I needed help so badly and was desperate for help. I was so thankful for Meredith. She is a design specialist and her fiancé is a contractor. My bathroom has supposed to have been fixed back in Sept 2023! Unfortunately, my GC ordered material that couldn’t fit in my bathroom. And he missed the 60 day deadline to return items. Meredith was so helpful and made it so easy. Honestly, both Carin and Meredith have been amazing and I will definitely use them again. They can also recommend people to do your job. I suggest using them instead of trying to save a buck with someone else!

These folks are busy for a reason! Helpful Hint- I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment in advance, for the most successful and productive visit. =) I have worked with both Ian and Merideth over the years on multiple projects. They are fantastic, and try to help all walk-ins! That said, it may be difficult for them to break away in the middle of pre-booked consultations, and give the attention that a walk-in may desire. I love bringing my client's here and always get the best service! I've experienced first hand how hard the designers at the Tile Shop work. I reiterate making an appointment ahead of time will ensure the best experience and also get you the personal focus you're after.

Let's start with the pros: Excellent tile selection and great design options along with design expertise. The tiles themselves appear above standards of the big box stores. Cons: Attention to details were a big issue in my case. I recieved mismatched tile on my first order which delayed project with very little communication to us until we sent an email inquiry Next my contractor under estimated tile which cost an additional $400 in fees and it was not expedited since it occurred over a week ago. Overall my project has been significantly delayed not sure I would do business with them moving forward.

We had the best experience shopping at this store for our primary bath remodel. Our first visit was just to browse and we weren’t pressured or nagged while we looked around- we were free to look on our own which made it a great, low-pressure trip. After that, we made a design appointment and had the pleasure of working with Jessica! She took so much time with us to find the perfect tiles for the look we wanted and was so great to work with. She followed up with us a few times to check the progress of when we were ready to order, without being pushy. We’re planning on doing the installation, and she gave us great advice and offered resources if we needed them! I will definitely be back here for our next project and would recommend this shop and Jessica to anyone needing tile.

Well-designed, well-lit store. Had some interesting tile options but definitely has mostly on-trend items and highly stylized mosaics. Some displays up too high and too heavy to see fully or pull down. If you are looking to replicate a photo from a magazine, this is your place. If you want more character and individuality with staying power, you will have to work hard to find it here.
