Noble Renovation did a beautiful job helping us finish our entire third floor (attic) space. From presenting fantastic floorplan options to considering all the minor details, Noble Renovation was there to guide us on all decisions. The entire team was very professional throughout the entire project, being extremely communicative, courteous, available, and very considerate of our family's needs. Their level of project management expertise, along with their online portal, provided us with great confidence from start to finish. We have received so many compliments on our new space!

Noble Renovation was outstanding! Steve and team did an attic space renovation (which included some tricky roof and ceiling work), plus a master bath renovation. Throughout the project Steve provided creative ideas as to how best to utilize our space. Steve's experience and input were very helpful in creating a perfect space for us. We really enjoyed working with Steve's crews. They were professional, highly skilled and did amazing work. Colton has very good attention to detail and was always available to problem solve and keep the project moving. Overall, Steve and the Noble Renovations team are good, trustworthy people and that is so important on a major renovation project. The next time we need renovation work done we will be calling Steve. Thanks for a job well done!

Noble Renovation

I recently employed Noble Renovation to finish my basement. The project was to turn my unfinished, 900 sf space into a movie theater, bar area, general purpose room and half bathroom. The biggest thing for me that one needs from a contractor coming into your home is trust, and Steve Noble very quickly earns your trust. My project came with some specific requirements for the movie room, not least of which was a significant amount of soundproofing. Even before the contract was signed Steve did the necessary research to understand it and was very attentive and accommodating of the smallest of details that come with effective soundproofing. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work also. The trim guys he uses were particularly good. He lets you know what work is scheduled that day or week etc and even though we suffered a few weeks delay, not Steves fault, he still got the work finished by Xmas as he had promised. Steve visits the project regularly and oversees progress, updates you etc rather than just calling subcontractors and letting them sort it out. You can probably find contractors that are cheaper than Noble, but his pricing is very transparent and certainly reasonable, and when it comes to home remodeling, you absolutely get what you pay for. We were certainly left content that we got a great product and value for our money. I would absolutely recommend Noble Renovation to anyone looking for any kind of remodel and Steve is a pleasure to work with, who takes pride in both his work and his customers.
