Tim was great, he made sure I understood what the issues were and gave me a clear estimate before work began as well as options to proceed. Once he had resolved my issues he gave advice on how to avoid them in the future which I appreciate!

Great experience with Timothy, he was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and give me an estimate, then completed the job in a timely manner. I especially appreciate that Roto-Rooter was able to schedule me the same day, heck under an hour and my plumber was already at the door. Talk about service, especially in this 2-4 hours window world we find ourselves stuck in when making a service appointment.

Job was done well. However… extraordinarily expensive compared to the work I had them do for me just a year ago (replacing one outdoor spilcock this year, more than the cost of replacing two and fixing a joint leak last year!). And the tech was curt and rude. Last years tech was so good he was the reason I called again this year. Will be shopping next time.

I want to thank the technicians David and German for providing the service replacing the water heater on Sunday. My water heater broke down on a Sunday morning and they came within an hour and helped me picking up a new one. They replaced it in no time. Very friendly and professional technicians I highly recommend them.

Tim was polite, professional, and down to earth. He did a great job. He was under our crawl space for several hours during a heat wave clearing a drain issue. He walked us through our problem, provided pictures, and ultimately fixed the issue. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

We had a pipe burst. The process has been excellent, and the techs have been fantastic. When this first started the explanations of the process was outstanding. The follow up each day was excellent. Look forward to completion of the job. I highly recommend Root Rooter.
