My experience with On Tops was wonderful from the initial call to set up the free estimate appointment to the completion of my roof replacement. Everyone was super nice and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any roof replacement services or consultations.
Found On Tops via a Google search looking at roof replacement/repair estimates based on feedback on the house we have up for sale. Once the online form was complete Chris reached out and immediately arranged for an inspection which was then followed with detailed estimates for both replacement and repair options. After reviewing with our realtor we went with just the fixes, although if we weren't selling the house I was happy with the replacement quotes. I confirmed the repair option with Chris and the next day (today) Oscar arrived and performed the repairs in just a couple of hours. Following the repair Chris got back in touch providing excellent photos of the repaired items. Overall I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
Also happy to recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, engaged roofing company based on our experience.

On Tops Roofing provided excellent service. Chris, the salesman came to the house estimated the time it would take to replace our roof and to my amazement delivered as promised. It took only one day to install our entire roof and to replace our skylight.
The chimney cap was a bit of a delay only by 2 days and Chris kept in touch the entire time. They even inspected the roof the very same day to determine if the exhaust pipes were still connected. Also, they ran magnets over the yard to pick up any stray nails. I am so impressed by both Luis, the roof installation manager and Chris, the salesman. I would highly recommend On Tops Roofing to all my family and friends.

Chris Talton (Area Manager) met me at my home on a Saturday morning (as I work long hours during the week), he explained the product(s) available to me not excluding their coinciding warranties, costs and time frame as to when they can schedule and complete the job. He made the overall process painless. Within 4 days of my appointment, the job was complete (Holy Moly). A crew of like 8 guys came to my home on Wednesday morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. Not only was the job complete, the outskirts of my home was cleaner after they replaced all roof shingles than before. My wife and I and even neighbors got a big chuckle about that. A big thanks to the project manager (forgot his name) and the crew for being extremely professional, courteous and super tidy upon completion. I did receive many quotes from many different companies prior to proceeding with this project. But for anyone who is reading this review, no need to spend a lot of time making calls and scheduling appointments. On Tops Roofing Is The Way To Go!!!

On Tops Roofing completed several repairs to my roof that an inspector found. They came out within a couple days, performed the work efficiently and cleaned up all debris. The cost was reasonable and better than others. I recommend using them for all your roofing needs.

We purchased our home in 2020 and the roof warranty transferred to us. We’ve had a couple of small issues and I have been extremely pleased with how On Tops handled both situations. Chris has been extremely responsive, addressed both issues quickly, and 100% stood by their workmanship and their product. Would recommend them with confidence to other home owners. On Friday, March 29, 2024 a large oak tree fell on our roof. On Tops had installed a new roof for us in 2017 and I contacted Chris at On Tops to ask if they could make repairs to roof. He had Arturo come out Monday morning to assess the damage and provide an estimate. After putting a tarp on the roof, the damage was repaired on Friday April 5. So in less than a week we have newly repaired roof. Process was extremely easy and hassle free and as always a great job by Chris and his crew at On Tops. I’ve added before and after photos.

Super happy that I went with On Tops!!! Very easy to communicate with. And very quick responses too, which I love!! The house is old and I really thought it would take days to do the roof, but a 9 person crew who came in and redid the entire roof in one day. It was amazing. Highly recommend On Tops!!! Major plus that it’s a family owned business too, love to support local.

I have worked with On Tops Roofing on two projects in the past 7 months and I am very pleased with their work, their prices, and their operations. The entire process, from first contact through the project completion was smooth, and their work is top quality.
I hope I'm done with new roofs for a while, but when I need a good roofing company, I'll call them again. They do outstanding work and their team is great to work with.
