I highly recommend Window Works Co. I learned of the company when admiring windows/doors of friends from church who had multiple doors and windows installed by Window Works and they recommended Window Works. While only purchasing 1 door and window, Jeff, the owner, spent significant time in the shop with my wife and me explaining different window and door options and seeking to understand just what we were looking for. Throughout the ordering and delivery process Jeff, his son Justin, and Lindsay in customer service/finance, were responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Jeff, although not expected, delivered my door when it arrived. When there was a math mistake in the bill summarizing the total cost, when the store was actually owed more due to a tax miscalculation, they incurred the difference at a loss, honoring the original invoice. The doors and windows they carry are of high quality. We ordered a DSA Alexandria mahogany front door which our contractor installed and stained and an Anderson window with simulated divided light. Couldn't be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We were recently in the process of trying to replace 27 windows and 4 doors in our home and had received several quotes that were well above our price range, but also well above what we thought was reasonable. After almost giving up on the project, we were given a referral to go talk to window works. We haven’t blinked at that decision. They were completely reasonable (not cheap, but fair) and we were able to get complete replacements with the top of the line windows for nearly the same price as the vinyl inserts from other companies. Their staff was very courteous of our cats, respectful of our home and even helped walk us through many of our decisions as we weren’t familiar with windows before this process. I highly recommended using Window Works for any of your window and/or door needs.

I am one of the most particular and meticulous persons. My goal was to find the best value and high quality window to replace my deteriorating wood windows. I landed on the Andersen 400 Woodwright (wood painted interior and composite exterior). I was on deployment and my wife used FaceTime so we could talk to Jeff together. Jeff answered all of my questions in depth and gave me many alternative questions. He didn't try to sell me on anything but instead told me what the options were for what my desires/wants were. Window Works recommends a full frame replacement at a value price which is the ONLY way to go because the frame will rot before your window needs replacing. The crew was local, professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. The best part was that they took the time to demo the product and show me things that needed replacing/repairs before I had a chance to find anything myself (as I said I am very particular). Jeff wouldn't let me pay the complete invoice until the "damaged" sashes were back in stock and installed (minor dings or scratches on the interior wood that I didn't notice at first). Replacements came quickly and were installed timely. I did a TON of research before landing on a window and a company. Save your time please, go talk to Window Works! They know what they are doing and are the BEST at it. FORGET Pella or Renewal by Andersen, don't waste your money. You can get Andersen Windows and other great products at a great price with Window Works!
