We found this store a most unique experience. The staff is both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are not afraid to say "I don't know" which is quickly followed by "but I will find out". Then they do. The prices and product choices beat the "other" stores and they are glad to order what is not in stock. Go to this store.
UPDATE: Thue were great resolving the issue. This was a manufacturer issue and Home Outlet took care of it !I ordered gray shaker cabinets and after waiting months for them to arrive(no fault of Home Outlet) I was excited to pick up. When I did I noticed the boxes had two manufacturers with two color names. I was assured both were the same color and that different companies use different labels. The items were different from the start from hardware to the doors on some installed in the face with others doors separate. I paid to have someone install them and after the dust settles, literally, I realized that they were two distinct colors and after further inspection noticed that the stain was vastly different on many of the cabinets. Pat look brown and not even close to gray. After contacting the store, I was told someone would contact me. It has been a week and no follow up at all. This has been a disappointment and hoping I can get this rectified. Sales people are amazingly helpful though so I’m trying to be patient. I will follow up in my review once a solution is offered.

Can't speak highly enough of the crew here. I mostly worked with Juan but Adam (store manager) was also very kind and helpful. We started the process of designing online then went in store to see items in person. Juan walked me through the process and spent 1:1 time to make adjustments and provide guidance on the project. He was unbelievably patient with our questions and changes WITHOUT sales pressure, which is key. Equally the cost of the same exact brands at a boutique shop were significantly cheaper.
Bottom line, if you want to be woo'ed and spend more on a flashy presentation and do less leg work, Home Outlet won't be for you. But if you're willing to put some work in, head there. Honest guys, much less forceful, genuinely kind and knowledgable.

I ordered a 84 inch h and 18 in wide two door cabinet and paid to have it delivered which it was not. I had to drive and get it then I get home with it and it's not even the right cabinet. It was 3 doors and missing my shelves I ordered with it. I called home outlet right away and told them the issue and Juan told me to return it and they would order a new one, he even showed me a picture to make sure he was ordering the right one. This took place 10/13/22, Juan said it would only take 8 weeks to get well I finally called them last week to find out where my cabinet was and spoke to a michael who said he had to investigate where it was and would call me right back. Well it's been 10 days and no call from Michael so I call back and get an Adam to talk to this time and he had to call me back while he investigated where my cabinet is. Adam called me back and said it won't be here until February, that's well over the 8 weeks I was told it will take and on top of it all they can't decide if it will be delivered even though I paid for delivery they made me come and pick up the first cabinet. I think with all this run around they keep giving me they should deliver it and besides I paid for it. Once I get my cabinet I will never return to this company they have the worst service I have ever received and all the run around you get from the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I hope people read this review and decide not to go to this company as I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer the fate I have with this company.

On August 12, 2022, I had a pipe burst under my sink that caused significant damage to my kitchen floor, cabinets, living room and bathroom floor.
The first company, I used that was referred by my insurance company, took too long to move forward. This prompted me to find another company, and I was able to choose the flooring and cabinets of my liking. I visited Home Outlet to choose my cabinet design, I began working with Mike, but ended up doing my design with Juan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing what I wanted for this new chapter.
Thank you so very much to Juan for helping me fulfill my dream and vision of my new kitchen. The road was a little bumpy, with getting a damaged cabinet, which caused another delay, not having all of my cabinets caused another delay.
However, after consistent and persistent communication, I was able to work it all out with the manager Adam. The results below was all worth the trouble.
The top pictures are from when I first purchased my home in 2019, and the bottom pictures are my newly renovated, and rebuilt design. I’m a true testament to God’s Grace and now I have a new home look, thanks to this amazing company.
In life sometimes you have to change, transform, and rebuild your chapter and journey, in order for God to use others to bless you. For me to persevere means Endurance is Victory.

Most of the people that work there are amazing ! And really try to help u ..I really like my two doors that I purchased .. prices are reasonable .. they will help you load up .. The reason I only gave two stars instead of five stars was cause of Mike ..I purchase two doors in February 2022 .. one of the doors we had to Switch out because it was too large needed a smaller door .. When we switched out the door mike told us that there was a $30 price increase and we needed to pay that before switching out doors . Mike also said that we purchase the doors in February 2022 wish is True and we are now in the middle of April2022 .what Mike didn’t know is we had several different projects going on New windows vinyl siding hardwood floors painting landscaping work being done and one of the last things the contractors wanted to do was install the doors .. mike should have honored the price that was on the receipt .. receipt was around 45 days old from today date 4-21-22 but Instead he collect $30 from me and when he goes and sells the door that I purchased at a lower price he gets more money off of that sale has well ..it’s very unfair and that’s not how you treat customers or people MIKE ..also I ask mike to have the manager call me but the manager or mike has not call me back or offer A refund or apology.. UPDATE:Chris call me back refund the charges! Super happy thank you! 5stars now

Excellent prices slightly less than the big stores on several products. I actually purchased an exterior door, two cabinets, and a sink, and saved about $200.00 Nearly the exact products i purchased the day before at one of the big stores (which i will now be returning). Good value good quality.
