Lauren has been wonderful to work with during the process of making them our cabinet company of choice here at America's Home Place in Monroe. They have been diligent in our needs for the showroom and our customers. They treat all their customers with prompt and friendly service. You will not be disappointed in their products or service. My building consultant loves talking and working with Lauren during the process of designing our customer's kitchen. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install cabinets in their home soon.
The staff at Reico is great, from the minute you walk in the door until you've made your final decisions, they are there to help and they know their stuff! I've been using Merillat cabinets since 1992 because they are well made and priced right!

We have worked with Gary from Reico Charlotte to renovate three areas of our home and have had a wonderful experience each time. Reico was the original cabinet company from when the house was built and it was a seamless process to then connect with them for the renovation projects we wanted to do as they had our original design, selections and colors to match/coordinate with what we wanted to change/add. Gary was extremely kind, professional and went above and beyond with communicating with us regarding cost, design changes, delivery times, etc. We are pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the customer service e received with each project.

Lauren was great to work with during our kitchen design and remodel. She helped guide us through so many decisions that we didn’t realize we would have to make. She was super patient with us. The GC they assigned, Eric, was also incredible. We remodeled during the pandemic so faced several challenges but, made it through and are so happy with our new kitchen!

Sometimes you get perks from being the mail lady. This business is on my route so when I decided that I wanted to redo my kitchen they were my go to. I had never seen any of their work until after I made my decision. I booked a consultation and from the moment I came to them it was nothing short of exciting and amazing. Lauren was and is the best. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. This was my first Reno. I have been I. My home for over 14 years and grew tired of my kitchen. Lauren understood my vision from the cabinets to the countertops to my add on Bar area. She made it work to fit my budget. The contractor Eric and his team was THE BEST!!!!! They did things in my home that I know wasn’t included in my price but because we had built such a great feel of one another. I am so happy with their work I can not wait until it’s time to to renovate my kids bathroom. Everyone loves it. I am so excited. It took approximately 5 weeks to execute the plan to completed installation. Considering the Christmas Holiday and being in a Pandemic, I am thoroughly pleased with the work and dedication

Great customer service. We walked in and felt welcome right away. They had 3 setups of bathroom vanity styles that helped us get some ideas for our home. They helped me look for items that matched our needs and even gave us another place to look at since we needed something sooner than they could deliver from their supply warehouse. Everyone was required to wear masks and they were social distancing too. It felt comfortable and the choices were lovely for modern to traditonal style homes.

We used Reico Kitchen and Bath to renovate our laundry room. From start to finish, they exceeded all of my expectations. The 3D modeling, cabinet installers, countertop installers and cabinets were all first class. The branch manager, Gary came to our house 3 times to make sure everything was on time and the way it was planned out. Every question I had he was very quick to respond and always delivered on what he said he would do. He puts his customers first which is hard to come by. Definitely recommend this company and can’t wait to use their services again.

We were very happy with the service we received from Reico. Celeste was very professional and patient as we worked through the selection process. After the contract was signed, she kept us well informed of what to expect and when. Delivery and installation went just as planned. We would buy from them again without hesitation.
