I recently opted to use The Blind Man to install blinds in my new home. The process from beginning to end was very easy. Seth was an amazing consultant and was very honest about his recommendations for our window needs during the one hour consultation. He answered all questions and even made himself available for follow-up question in the days following the consultation as well. Shaun was our installation technician and he was also amazing! Shaun ultimately installed our temporary blinds and returned to install our permanent blinds once they were ready. He was both prompt and professional and got straight to work upon arrival. After vetting different companies, I am very satisfied with the my decision to use The Blind Man. The excellent customer service and staff makes recommending The Blind Man easy! I look forward to working with this company again in the future for more window treatment options!
Cody Allen was my consultant, and he made the whole process, from the initial consultation to the installation, seamless. He didn't pressure me into buying but suggested that I shop around and compare. I had a roller shade installed for my backyard door and a honeycomb shade for the living room. They came out great and I always receive compliments from guests. Additionally, they are willing to work on pricing if you have competitor quotes.

I will recommend the Blind Man to everyone I know. Every person that I had contact with was friendly and professional. We had 5 blinds replaced and upgraded. From the initial quote to the final install, was great communication and updates. We love our new cordless blinds!

Excellent experience from start to finish! If you’re looking for great products and superior customer service The Blind Man is your spot! I love my new shutters and will absolutely refer them to all of my family and friends. I have been wanting these for years and stumbled across the Blind Man while doing online research. I was really impressed by reading their reviews and I can honestly say that they absolutely deserve 5 stars! Wish I could do 10! The process was painless from the initial in home consultation to the final installation. They were very conscientious about keeping in touch with me throughout the manufacturing process (each shutter is custom made) and the cherry on top was David who put them in, he arrived ahead of schedule which was perfect and he was very pleasant and took time to go over how to care for my new shutters and was very respectful of my home! I hit a home run with this company!

Great people & great company. Stephanie came out to do our initial quote. She was very friendly and personable. She made a great first impression which made us choose The Blind Man over anyone else. David was our installer and he was very friendly and helpful as well. He made sure we had everything we needed, set up our app for the motorized blinds, and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend this company 100%. And, our blinds look awesome!
