The Charlotte Shade Store delivers exemplary operation for an outstanding product. I have 9 large, custom windows on the front of my house that are difficult to access. I was not sure we could find a workable solution, but they did. We now have solar-powered shades that have made an incredible difference in afternoon heat in our living space, as well as privacy at night. Sara is extremely kind, service-oriented and responsive. Even at a distance she worked hard to make sure that we had an outstanding experience and result. I'd highly recommend working with this company!

Customer Service and Quality Product - Sara B at the Charlotte Store was great in helping us select the right products for our new home. We stayed in touch for 6 months as I changed my mind a few times. She was always helpful and would provide photos and options. Also our installer team (husband and wife team) were awesome as well. I would recommend. We live in Raleigh, and the customer service was great even though we moved. Thanks

I was interested in remote controlled blackout roller shades for my windows; very cool and lots of selection here. My walls are a off white (gray) matte finish so I took some fabric swatches home to confirm some of the recommendations they gave me. Very friendly designers there who actually listen. Just tell them what you want!
