Otis Elevator Co maintains the elevators at Kensington place apartments in fort mill SC, in the two years I have lived here the elevators are down more than they are working. It takes weeks for them to repair them. Both elevators have been out of service for ten days now with Zero clue when they will fix them. Leaving disabled tenants to take 6 flights of stairs.

We had Otis install a keypad in our elevator to allow us to lock and unlock operation. Less than 2 years after installation it lost it's presets. Otis wants to charge me $4,995.00 to re-program. We received this quote after 2 weeks of phone calls trying to get someone out to help us. Great job guys. Way to stand behind your product. We will be taking our business to Southern Elevator.
