Kyle was great! Very friendly and professional. He gave me my options and prices.After I decided what I wanted , he got to work and did a great job. Cleaned up the mess and took the old garage opener with him so I didn’t have to dispose it myself.

Tyler is a great representation of your company ?? We also spoke with Allan in pricing department and he as well was very knowledgeable about the garage doors we are looking at. In a time where good service is rare to come across, Ryan Houston provided A1 service in repairing my garage and even recommended possible future services. From his arrival to the completion of the job, I was appropriately informed and confident that my garage was in good hands. My garage now works better than it did before even needing repairs. Mr. Houston even went as far as to use a leaf blower from his truck to blow the leaves and debris out of my garage. I was not expecting this level of service and will be exclusively using this company for all my garage door concerns from this point on. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

It is hard to find service this good. Both the receptionist and Kyle (repair tech) were super friendly and helpful. Kyle worked quickly to make all necessary repairs. Pricing was up front and transparent. One small example of the quality service: the repair van made a duvet in my gravel drive. As Kyle was leaving, he noticed and got out of the van to put the rocks back in place. That’s the kind of service that gets repeat customers!

Sharing my experience with Brandon Nesbit and Mark Hines - From the garage door maintenance check to the installation a week later Daniel and Mark were A1 ++ representatives of A1 Garage Door. First the office text their picture before they arrived. Each phoned when they were on the way to the appointment and graciously asked would I like coffee. They were on time and worked expertly as I continued to work and checked on them periodically. Lastly the new insulated garage door works, smoothly and installed with new trim so no more gaps on the sides. So far so good. Do your homework, but I'd recommend A1 Garage Door for their talent, service and prices? M. Mack
