I am having a great experience with AAA City Plumbing. I recently contacted AAA for maintenance on my mom’s septic tank. Boy was I nervous to call because I, just didn’t know what to expect since I have never had to deal with this type thing before. From to time I spoke to Jamie to schedule until when Perry arrived a couple of days later I was put at ease. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Jamie explained what I should expect when service was done, and Perry explained everything! I thank you all for your help and will definitely refer AAA City Plumbing to my family, friends, business associates and anyone who is looking for great service!

Called to set up appointment for my septic tank to be pumped. To my surprise Jaime was able to get me in the same day. Jaime was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. She asked questions and had Perry come out right away. Perry was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done as well, and respectful of my property. Thank you AAA City Plumbing !!! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Unbelievable I really can’t believe how I sat here looking at my receipt they charged me almost 500$ to change a water filter that take no more then 10 minutes they had went 5 miles to go get it to change and the part was only 30$ they have you leave a review before work is finished thinking everything is good to get 25$ that’s only haft of it but Shannon and will was nice I was happy that my water pressure was back. Unbelievable, the price that I had to pay!!

Called with an emergency and Arden was very friendly and knowledgeable of the band of hot water tank we have to let me know if they service it so not to waste our time. She explained everything thoroughly and had a technician out to home in less than 20 minutes. Wesley was very professional and knowledgeable about our unit and resolved our problem. We will definitely use AAA City Plumbing and highly recommend to friends and family!!

Well no one wants to be told their entire house is filled with defective DuraPex pipes BUT Shannon and Frankie did a fantastic job with the replacement. Great service on the phone, wonderful text follow-up and a complete changeover in just 12 hours. This was great service…and inspection by Shane.

Update #2: AAA City Plumbing reached out after seeing my review and asked to make this right - and they did. Mike, my preferred plumber at AAA was dispatched to clean things up. He did a fine job as shown in new images below. I cannot raise my rating to a 5 because the company seemed to ignore my request for Mike to do the job initially, and because it did cause me unwarranted aggravation. I will use AAA City Plumbing again in the near future for a gas line install and expect to be back to a 5 star rating. Update #1: Lowering my score from 5 to 3 due to latest experience: I requested a way to have hot and cold water in our garage and requested Mike to do the work based on my past excellent experience. Unfortunately they disregarded my request (while never specifically telling me) and set a different technician. The guy did not want to use copper as initially requested and talked me into plastic instead. While he provided hot and cold water to our garage, it looks terrible…like I did it myself. The anchors he used are pulling out of the wall and he used band iron to attach the pipe to the wall instead of a pipe strap of the right size which would have looked much neater. Used AAA City Plumbing to provide sink lines by tying into existing washing machine water lines recently. Mike was on time professional, knowledgeable and careful in our home. When I discussed some additional work to be done at a future date Dean was quick to come out and survey my request. Our experience has been top notch and we will use them in the future.
