I was impressed with the level of service and engagement by everyone I worked with. They proposed a good range of options and were very fair on price as scope changed over time. They did quality work—putting in two dry wells, hydrojetting an old corrugated drain and an installing a new PVC drain in my yard. When I had an issue after install, they came out the same day to diagnose and made improvements for free under warranty. Highly recommend
Dustin was a pleasure to deal with from the moment he arrived through end of the job. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions, and provided an honest estimate, and expert craftsmanship, and explained various options for repair and replacement. Estimate was extremely well detailed explaining every aspect of the job. Job was completed the following day after estimates. We went for a new water heater. Dustin really knows his stuff. Brought our new water heater installation up to code. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend this company who employees such honorable people as Dustin. Thanks for a job well done, 5 star service, and a 6 year parts and labor warranty for a lower cost than competitors who were more costly who only offered a 2 year warranty.

This company is phenomenal! We had a broken pipe in our living room ceiling, flooding our house. I was over an hour from home and couldn’t stop the water! A Mr. Rooter tech was at my house within 45 minutes of my call & stopped the water from our street main, saving me hundreds on my water bill & potentially thousands in property damages! Prompt attention, kind & courteous, knowledgeable technicians. Everything you need from a home service is found when you call Mr. Rooter!

Mr Rooter scheduled a same day appointment to help us with a plumbing emergency (same day even though we were a new customer). Dustin was excellent - competent, professional, friendly… very willing to spend his time answering questions and sharing information.

Mr. Rooter did an outstanding job in helping one of our customers repair a bathroom sink stopper issue. They were fast, responsive, very professional, and fixed the problem quickly. Their rates are very reasonable. John the plumber, was highly communicative; he explained what needed to be done, what steps he would take, followed up immediately after the work was completed. A 1st class company.

Derck arrived when promised and was very thorough and personable. He ensured everything we needed was done correctly and what we requested. Additionally, our experience with David who handled the scheduling was also awesome. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was great overall and I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Rooter has sent two different technicians to our home and business. Matthew Smith is a seasoned professional, a knowledgeable plumber, a kind and friendly individual, and a reliable resource. He has done work for us on three occasions with a fourth scheduled. Dustin Nichols is another technician who installed a hot water comfort valve for us when Matthew was unavailable. First class organization. They are on time, polite, thorough professionals. We are very pleased to work with them and recommend them.

Matthew came the same day I called and gave me an estimate on my problem. Tree roots growing in sewer line. He was very professional and friendly. Informative and courteous. When the team arrived the next day they were professional also, and on time to start the job. They were efficient and cleaned up when the job was completed. I researched other companies and felt the most comfortable with Mr Rooter.
