Vinton and Daniel arrived promptly, were efficient and knowledgable as they diagnosed my toilet and water pressure problems. I appreciate that they took time to answer any questions I had and to make sure I understood the options, related costs and warranty before making any decisions. They were a pleasure to work with and gave me a positive experience and a satisfied new customer.
Our technician, Vinton, was very friendly and efficient. The leak was fixed very quickly. He answered all our questions, helping us plan for future plumbing projects we have in mind.

Called this morning to get someone out ASAP to help unclog a toilet. The rep I spoke to was polite and helped me book for service this afternoon. When the plumber came, he went over the charge with me which came to about $266. I figured that would seem about right if some major work had to be done. But it took all of 3 min for the plumber to use my plunger and unclog the toilet. The plumber was super nice, his name was Daniel. I know neither of the techs have anything to do with the price and both employees were great! But $266 for 3 min of work to plunge a toilet seems insane to me. I will stick with a smaller business next time. This was highway robbery.
Edit-changing for two to four stars because I got a call from the business today. Caleb did let me know that I should have not been charged that much for a simple toilet plunge and that the tech was new and still learning how the business operates. I hope that’s the case and just a mistake was made! Caleb credited me back and I was just charged
about $45 which seems WAY more reasonable for a toilet plunge. This was very honest of the company to get back in touch with me to make it right.

Fernando was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and diagnosed the difficulties and proposed possible solutions and reviewed their costs. He finished efficiently, and discussed the warranty and benefits of the new equipment. I would use their services again although I hope it doesn’t come up again. I recommend without hesitation.

Tech was extremely polite and professional.
Had an issue with my hot water heater.
They showed up quickly.
A part had to be ordered which they also got in quickly.
I was kept informed during the whole process
Will definitely use them again!

I’m thrilled with how quickly Queen City Plumbing was able to get my hot water problem solved. It was taking a frustrating (and wasteful) amount of time to get hot water from my tankless heater, and Michael came out within a day of my call to take a look. He was able to tell me exactly what sort of pump I needed and send me a quote right away. He and Rhett came to install it today and were in and out in no time. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand the problem and the new equipment. I’ll definitely call again for any plumbing issues or other upgrades in the future.

Service from Queen City Plumbing was excellent. They were easy to schedule with, communicated very well regarding appt time, and the two service people (Richard J. and Rhett) were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The issue was diagnosed and resolved super quick. I would absolutely call them again for plumbing needs.

The hot water heater at my restaurant was not working this evening and I found Queen City plumbing online and saw that they were open 24 hours and also did commercial work. Contacted them and they were able to send out a technician within 30 minutes. So far so good.
Since I was not on site I wasn’t sure what was going on, but received a call from the technician about one hour after he arrived.
He explained to me that their company policy was to not work on hot water heaters that were over 10 years old (mine is 12). Instead of troubleshooting, he said that the only thing that they could do was replace it and that the cost would be over $9000.
My question is why did I not get a call within the first five minutes about this 10 year policy versus wasting an hour of my time when I could be finding another service to fix the hot water heater.
Sounds like a very convenient policy to upsell when troubleshooting and repair would have done the job.

I'm a real estate agent and needed a plumber desperately for a house that was for my buyer. After the inspector came, we needed repairs done quickly and time was of the essence! From the first call, Mary Kay was so kind and helpful in scheduling an estimator and plumber asap! The manager was so helpful too. The estimator, Bob was able to get out the next day and helped answer all my questions. We got the quote within an hour so we could get the plumber the following day. Tom was very nice and was able to complete the job with no problem. Very helpful!
If not for their quick response, this home purchase could have become more difficult. Now we can move forward, and my client can close on time!
I highly recommend this wonderful company. They are easy to work with, so pleasant and do amazing work! I know I will be calling on them and recommending them to both my buyers and sellers!
