Window nation did exactly what they said.I contacted them for the rest of my windows before my 18 months was up and even tho they've had 2 price increases during this time I still got mine for exactly the same price as my first ones. Peter Norrito was my sales person and he was extremely helpful with every process and I know if I needed to ask him anything about my windows ,he would be really accurate. Thanks Peter.
Great experience, Jacob was awesome. The sales process took only 1 hour (per my request) the project manager came out (never got his name) he was respectful, loved on my pets! (3 dogs 1 cat.) I received the project at a price I could afford. I received great financing options. The install went smooth! They worked with me to arrange my animals where they would be safe and away from the install. The crew arrived punctual, took 5-6 hours for 6 wood pocket windows, one being a casement. They kept my property and home clean, took off their shoes without me having to ask. Which is very much appreciated as I don’t allow shoes in my home! Just a great experience I would use these guys again, in my next home as my home had been completely redone. The only “bad” thing I will say… I didn’t get the FLEX screen, but I received a great screen track screen with a nifty lock at the bottom so no one can push up the screen from the exterior which I do actually like.

I had the pleasure of having an in-home visit today with Peter Norrito to get an estimate for window replacements. Peter was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He made me feel very valued and took extra necessary steps to earn my business!

We had the pleasure of working with Pete and we could not ask for a better person to work with on this process. He thoroughly explained the process of installation, what the physical window would look like, and was willing to sit down with us and explain anything we had a question on regarding the entire project. He was also able to work with us financially and without going into too much detail, he did stellar work. Overall, Pete and Window Nation have been absolutely fantastic so far and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to update and/or replace their windows in their home.

Pete was very knowledgeable and professional during his deliberate education of the process that makes Window Nation the best choice for my home. I was most impressed with his ability to relate to my needs as a new home owner and customer to provide specific information that I was unaware of concerning my 50 year old windows. The services to be provided were far superior to the other quotes I received and he presented the information in a non pressing demeanor allowing me multiple ways to plan for and pay. I was quite satisfied and would recommend Pete and Window Nation to all my family and friends as a one stop shop streamline process for purchasing new windows.

The overall research and evaluation process that we experienced with Peter of Window Nation was very painless, informative and Non High pressure.
It is of course a major decision when you are looking at projects of this size and Replacing 17 windows.
Peter was very patient and professional and we came to an agreeable conclusion that our family could work with and afford.
Once the installation process is completed- I will leave feedback on that portion of the project as well.
The 4 person installation crew showed up as scheduled and did a fantastic job of installation on 17 windows - finished the job by 3pm and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The Team was very professional and I would highly recommend Window Nation.

Our in home consultation was a good experience. Peter explained pros, cons and options and was also able to skip or speed up the presentation as needed.
The install team replaced 30 windows and did a great job.

Eric Heigel was my sales representative and I was so pleased with him. His honesty and willingness to help me was awesome! They came in and had my window out and back in within 1 day and came back the next and was finished. The install guys was awesome and was clean and neat. I am so pleased with my new windows!! I give them a 5 star review.
