Our windows were installed in April 2024. Purposely I waited a few months before submitting my review to see if anything went wrong i.e. windows leaked and customer service.
Now that sufficient time has elapsed, I can recommend World of Windows of the Carolinas. From the sales presentation to installation, everything went smoothly.
Their prices were very reasonable and the quality amazing.
This summer our home was so well insulated it reminded cool on the most scorching day.
Best our electricity bill saw a reduction of 50-60%.
We are delighted we chose World of Windows of the Carolinas. We would definitely recommend them.

From the time both teams arrived, they were very pleasant and worked hard to get their jobs completed. Loved theirworkmanship and attention to detail. I would recommend Window World to anyone.

I had 2 other quotes from other companies but felt completely confident that Arnold knew his product inside and out and that I could trust World of Windows in replacing my 44 year old windows. I work in a sales industry so I know all about "closing the deal" pressure, but did not get that from Arnold at all. The industry I work in, I also hear a lot of good and bad stories of window companies not doing the job they said they would do, so I stayed far away from them. My windows came in within the specified time promised and all 11 windows were replaced earlier than the expected time frame given. They did not rush at all, but they know what they are doing for sure! I was very impressed with their installation crew to say the least. They let me know what the steps were from beginning to end, then showed me how to operate the windows correctly as I went from failed casement windows to sliders. I LOVE my windows and look forward to lower power bills!! Thank you Arnold and the crew! Wendy

We’ve used some ‘name brand’ suppliers in the past and were slightly skeptical when World of Windows quoted 30-40% less. We asked every question we could think of and ultimately decided to give them a shot. Long story short, we are SO glad we did. Window quality was easily on par with others, but the bigger difference we found was in the installation. We are extremely picky, nightmare customers when it comes to the details. We found attention to detail and fit & finish were 1st class all the way. Everything looked like it was born there. Beyond that, we found everyone to be very pleasant and easy to deal with. As far as we’re concerned, these are our guys from now on. Couldn’t be happier.

Our house is 29 years young with all original windows that needed to be replaced for safety, operational, and efficiency reasons. We spent 2 weeks interviewing various companies and landed on a decision to move forward with World Of Windows. A few of the other companies tried to scare us into a higher quote, which is a tactic I hate. Arnold, with WOW, talked to us straight, gave us his best price, explained the difference, and gave us 30 day term to make a decision.
Sure, some of the other guys may have done some interior framework, painting, touch ups, and hang the blinds, but for the >$12,000 savings, I will be more than happy to repaint the framework.
Willian, and his crew, showed up 5 min before the 8-10am show up window. Started unpacking/preparing and knocked on my door at 8am. I cannot express how impressed I was at their timeliness. Every window was removed by 9:30, and the install started. They finished the job by 2pm. Left the work spaces cleaner than before they arrived.
My advise to anyone starting a large project: do your homework, call around for multiple quotes, and never sign a contract/pay up front for fear of missing a "good deal". If the deal is on the table, it will be there tomorrow. Trust your gut.
If you are replacing windows, call World Of Windows and ask for Arnold. I think you will be just as happy as I am that you had that conversation.

The process started with a comfortable and informative sales presentation. My custom windows were ready for installation ahead of the projected date and scheduling was smooth and easy with text and email back up . The WW installation team arrived on time set up their work area and the process began. Installation and the clean up process was continuous. Job was complete same day. We completed the job complete questionnaire that included an open and close demonstration and additional features review . Really pleased with the way this went . .

Excellent price, service, and product. Install was fast and everything was left perfectly clean after job was completed. Customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend World of Windows!
