Zen Windows made it easy to replace my 3 picture windows. They are the best! I unfortunately had another company replace 14 of my single hung windows and it was a nightmare. I wish I had zen windows then, they are on a highly different level than the other company and the provia windows zen have are very good and nice looking ! If you don't choose ZEN WINDOWS then you are making a HUGE mistake very professional in all aspects of their services. Thank you Zen windows for giving me confidence in your product, install and double unlimited warranty and company.
Our experience with Zen was fantastic. Everyone involved was kind and ensured we were happy at each step in the process. We met with multiple companies in our search for new windows and doors, with Zen being our favorites by far. The process is simple and pricing was great. Zen Windows went above and beyond to assist my 80 year old father with the purchase of new windows. They had the most economical quote, provided timely updates, assisted with taking down curtains and blinds, they removed all stickers, and cleaned the windows thoroughly. They had a impressive turn key process and were especially helpful with my father. They even extended a military discount to him as he is a veteran. Their quality and attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend Zen Windows!

I’m co-owner of a realty co. This is the second time we’ve used Zen Windows to replace whole house of windows. Ty, our estimator is so engaged in his work and we his customer service has been stellar! The first house that was done by Zen for us, I got two other estimates. They were by far the best value, and the quality of the windows installed were phenomenal. We had such great success with them that I didn’t even shop around for the second large two-story house window replacement, they just finished.
We had a tenant in the property at the time of the removal and installation. They were so communicative, and quick to complete the job. The tenants were pleased with the process.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for future projects.

We got all the windows replaced in our condo this week and absolutely love the way they came out. Even better than the actual windows was the team. In particular, Brian was an amazing contact and worked with us while we flip-flopped what we wanted and made sure we got the best deal for the product we wanted. Also, Sandy was a pleasure to work with in coordinating the window install and payment after the job was done. Once again, we are so happy and highly recommend Zen for any of your window needs!

Shopped a few companies for a full house window replacement. Zen exceeded all expectations and best out the competition in both price (by a far margin) and process.
1. No hassle/pressure. For an initial estimate (which they won't back down from), 100% via email and quick. No salesman coming to your house, just a few emails and we had a quote.
2. Communication about the whole process great, frequent and 100% transparent.
3. Installation was fast and accommodating as we work from home and have pets. The crew was super respectful and clean.
4. When there was an issue, it was handled immediately. Jobs like this always have small problems. Zen handled them quick and without needing follow ups.
Highly recommend this company. They don't operate like other window companies and it shows in being able to offer a better price and quality to the customer.

This company transformed our 1950's home by installing a stunning large picture window. Their pricing was fair, and the final result was not only solid craftsmanship but also a significant enhancement to our living space. Not enough can be said about how great of an experience my wife and I had with Zen Windows. From the initial consultation with Ty (which just felt like a conversation, no high pressure sales tactics), to measurements with Scott, emailing with Ericka over lead-times, billing with Sandy, and finally Doug and the team doing the final installation; the entire process was a pleasure and felt easygoing, like dealing with a family. Zen Windows philosophy of “having that conversation & make sure it’s the right fit for you and your home” made my wife and I feel VALUED as people and not just an easy commission. They understand that large purchases such as windows shouldn’t be made in a day or under pressure to commit by “x day” as so many competitors in the business operate. Even if we didn’t like the windows, I told Ty that his sales approach was one of the most respectable that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I DID take the time to research and compare other window manufacturers and the Provia line that they installed in our home is EXTREMELY well regarded by both homeowners and installers around the country! Check any forum online and there’s almost unanimous praise for Provia’s manufacturing process for quality and efficiency of their windows and doors. The lead times were not bad at all, maybe 3-4 weeks from the day they placed the order for 21 windows to be installed. The team worked fast, cleaned up any debris from the old windows, and did an excellent job caulking the seams. Our home is cooler, quieter, and the windows look exceptional! Did I mention that Zen Windows pricing is competitive? Extremely! Highly recommended company and I suggest talking with Ty!

They care! From estimate to final product, the folks at Zen are with you every step of the way.
We had a custom back door fabricated and installed as well as a new front entry door with sidelights, and a custom-sized, double-hung bathroom window.
Their work was quick, neat and super precision. Communication with Brian (owner), Ty, Scott and Sandy was always immediate. They sincerely want their customers to be happy and satisfied.
The installers we had at our home are a two man team:
While foreman Kurt Tyson is an exceptional craftsman, Jerald Lisk provided stellar support and craftsmanship. These two guys are like a well-oiled machine, providing nothing but a perfectly-installed end product. And on top of that, they’re both real nice people; very friendly, personable and professional.
We can unequivocally recommend Zen Windows!
