Not sure how this place is still in business, given the shoddy customer service I experienced. Two months ago, I sent him photos of my problem patio in desperate need of shade, measurements, and asked if he could offer a custom solution. Eventually after a follow up, I got a response that said he was so busy but yes, he could send a proposal. Again, after a follow up, he sent something but clearly had not looked at my photos. I asked him to explain how his suggested blinds would work and if he could send someone out, but no reply to this day.
