Comm Tech installed our alarm & stereo systems in our new custom home. We cannot say how professional, courteous thorough everyone was. We had a few glitches with learning how to work the new systems, but Comm Tech was quick to respond to us and help us through it all. Never done business with this company but I was in traffic with one of their drivers today by Peters Creek and they were very respectful when a car was trying to cut them off. Road rage brings a lot out of people and this demonstrates they have very respectful and patient employees!!!

Rodney Hill and the full Commtech team did an excellent job of setting up our security system, connected HVAC system, and Sonos speakers. Service was fantastic - they helped us get the correct Apps on our phones and taught us how to use them. Would highly recommend.

Greed is destroying People. Long story short Rodney feed me his story they started their own company cause they didn't like the way the big companies treated people! Come to find out they are worse than the big guys. I called Rodney an told him my alarm was NOT working so he sent out a "TECH" to the house who spent 3.5 hours on the phone calling for help and "RUNNING TESTS" just to tell me my alarm WASN'T working... wow. I didn't know I was getting charged $80 an hour to let him do nothing an ended up with a $300 dollar bill. Consumers beware of suprise invoices with incorrect hours on them form this company. This was not the first time!

The entire team at Comm Tech is exceptional. They are prompt, polite, professional and have made all IT aspects of our home manageable. Whether it is AV, IT, smart home devices or security-related, they are knowledgeable and fast to respond - hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend Comm Tech to residential and commercial clients.
