After mitigation Rick conducted a needs assessment for restoring our basement. 3 stars is not negative but means I don’t have all the information yet. I know he stayed about 30 minutes to review the damage. The best part is I had lots of questions and I understood his answers plus the steps needed to move forward. I am waiting for the estimate before we can make any decisions regarding materials needed and what we can afford. I don’t know if we just contacted American Water Damage at a lucky time but within about 1 1/2 hours I was talking with John while standing in my flooded basement. There was water damage. John took a thorough assessment of the damage, listened to our concerns, answered questions, and helped us understand the scope of what was needed. We also contacted our home owners insurance company. About an hour later two service people were in my basement vacuuming up the water and left large dehumidifiers overnight to lower the humidity. We’re in full swing with mitigating the damage and mold prevention. My expectation is well will be cared for and assured that everything, including restoration, is completed with professional expertise and to our satisfaction.

I am very pleased with the service that I have received from this company, American Water Damage. The technician, Matthew H, arrived on time after letting me know his arrival time. He was very knowledgeable regarding the problem I had contacted the company about. He did a thorough inspection and informed me of his findings. He left me with enough information to make an informed decision. I highly recommend this company.

This is a great company! I called on Tuesday, Matthew was here on Wednesday, and the mold removal team is coming Thursday! Matthew was very thorough on his explanations to me and my mom. We had no questions when he left. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with American Water Damage. We experienced a plumbing emergency that damaged two floors in our house. Justin arrived shortly after our plumbers fixed the leak and went to work assessing the damages and providing a plan. The restoration and mitigation began the same day. The whole team was professional and informative. I thank them for how well they took care of our home.

Justin was great. He was very professional. He answered and explained all my questions. The workers with the company have been great and professional. They packed up my things that needed to be moved. They are still working on the water damage but so far so go. I would recommend them. Will give you update and pictures after they are done.
