Tim is fantastic to work with and one of the best! Great communication & the entire process was very well managed. I wish all of my projects were as smooth as this one. Great product ! Very happy we chose 760 Docks for the design, build and installation of our new dock.
There's no finer custom dock builder on LKN! My wife and I are totally blown away by the dock that Tim Gauvin built for us. We dreamed it, and he designed and built a masterpiece that was well beyond our expectations! And when I say beyond our expectations, I mean every piece was cut and assembled with the utmost care and detail. Ordinarily, with typical contractors, you have to settle for a cookie cutter dock that will fall apart after 5 years thrown together by a crew who just wants to move on to their next build.. Seriously, look at these photos- if only the finest workmanship and attention to detail are important to you, then look no further. Tim at 760 has got you covered. Don't settle- you'll regret it!

WOW! I can't even begin to express how amazing their work is. He was even sanding the dock frame before laying boards down. Every single board was checked with a level. Tim's intricate eye for detail is beyond any other craftsmanship I've ever seen. I told him not to worry about timing because I saw how meticulously he worked. He even corrected things that the electricians did and fixed my gate.

Tim & Brittany recently built a new dock for us and we could not be happier with the results! Our situation was very unique and 760 Docks delivered with communication & quality of work! During the entire process, we felt as if we were more than just another "project". Tim & Brittany always quickly answered our questions and took the time through every step to ensure we were happy with all the lifts, decking, and railings. 760 Docks did not feel like the typical contractor experience. They delivered a finished dock on time and took pride in attention to detail at every step! Although they might be one of the new dock builders on LKN I would encourage future customers to trust 760 Docks with their project. You won't be disappointed!

Having been in the home improvement business my entire life, I know how personal investing in updating your outdoor space really is. For those of us who are fortunate enough to live on the lake, our outdoor space on the water is truly our escape. So when it came time to remodel our dock and over the water entertaining area, it was critical that we partnered with someone who is passionate about bringing to life the hopes and dreams we had for our space.
