After hitting a dead end trying to get other surveyors to even respond to a request for a home survey, I found Dedmon Surveys. They replied quickly, showed up when they said they would, produced an accurate and detailed survey, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
I had been trying since January to have them come out and survey so I could widen my road. When they did email back I'd be told the next two weeks or so and then not hear from them again until 2 or 3 emails in. If they had just said they couldn't do it it would have been fine I could have found someone else months ago. They came out once and marked the already marked 3 sides of my property and not the fourth that I needed, then disappeared again. Thankfully I found someone else who got to me today, but my neighbor is still trying to get in touch with them too and crickets. Just letting us know you're too busy would have been fine instead of dragging it out and pushing back our deadlines.

Top surveyors in the area. This company has gone above and beyond to get the details right for our clients. Yes, they are busy and you can expect some delays, but this is par for the course for all surveyors at the moment. They are knowledgeable and have the experience necessary to produce an accurate and detailed survey.

This company was fantastic. Before finding this company, I tried to find a reliable and reasonably priced surveying company for 2 months. Dedmon Surveyors scheduled me in within 2 weeks, showed up when scheduled, personable, and the most reasonably priced property survey.

They did an elevation survey for my home in Huntersville NC. Not many surveyors do these types of surveys as I found out. They were backed up with many jobs, and my home in the woods required specialized equipment to get the job done. The county would not release a Certificate of Occupancy after my home's addition without this survey, and thus I couldn't get the electric meter back on. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Chuck if they could do anything to expedite it. He said he would work on it. He called me on Monday and said it was done. I was really appreciative of how kind he was and even calling me to state it was done. Despite the complexities of my job, he made me a priority.
