Zarazua did a great job painting the exterior of our ~100 year old home. It was a big job, and other companies we tried weren’t even willing to give us a quote- we were dealing with flaking lead paint, plus lots of carpentry repairs needed. The crew was efficient, neat, and friendly! Having Mariam stopping by and available for questions by text, and Cesar supervising the team, we felt like we were in great hands throughout. We love how it turned out!
The Zarazua team painted the exterior of our home and did an excellent job. The estimate was done very thoroughly and professionally. The onsite team, led by Miguel, was professional, meticulous and very pleasant. When they did the initial washing and prep they found several rotted boards, and provided an estimate on repairs, which were very reasonable. Their carpentry team came and did the work, and no time was lost on the project. Miriam was a great project manager, worked with the onsite team, answered all our questions, and was great to work with!
This is the third time we have used Zarazua for painting and we have been extremely pleased every time -- we will keep coming back!

From start to finish, Zarazua was the best possible experience for us. They were true professionals on the business end as well as with the work itself. Communication was clear and responsive, with Mariam managing the job very efficiently. The crews in our home were punctual, respectful, and very skilled at what they do. They were able to do multiple types of repairs on our 100 year-old home, making it look beautiful again. Special thanks to Adan, who definitely knows what he's doing. When there was an issue with the paint, they uncomplainingly and quickly made it right. They cleaned up thoroughly every single day. We could not be more pleased with the work and the work ethic and the lovely people who took care of our home. We will definitely be using their services to complete more repairs and painting because we trust them to do the job right. A huge thank you to all of you at Zarazua!

We were thrilled with the job Zarazua did on some much-needed exterior maintenance for our home! From start to finish they were efficient, professional, and super easy to work with. The crew was here for about ten days in extraordinary heat, and they were consistently cheerful, worked so quietly we sometimes couldn't tell if they were here or not, and took great care to minimize damage to the landscaping (which is no small feat here). We've had painting done by several different companies over the years, and Zarazua is the only one I'll hire again - worth every penny.

We hired Zarazua to paint the exterior of our house and are very happy with the outcome! Jorge and his crew were good communicators and were meticulous with all of the details on an old house. Highly recommend for anyone looking for skilled painters!

Working with Zarazua Painting for the first time, has been the best contractor experience I had in a very long time!
They did paint all trim work on the house, repaired all rotten wood work, painted railing of the deck and pool fence.
So refreshing to work with people that show pride in their work and want nothing but the best possible result!
Mariam was our project manager, and she is THE BEST! Excellent communication, checking in on site to follow progress, talking daily with the crew members, addressing my concerns promptly.
Everybody went above and beyond, and I am a very happy customer. I will use Zarazua for my future projects and recommend them highly.

We have had a phenomenal experience working with Zarazua in painting our living room, staining the back deck, cleaning gutters, and repairing a downspout.
Miguel and his team were meticulous in their prep, detail oriented, and we had the utmost respect and confidence in his team. They did such a great job and worked efficiently to meet our timelines and constraints. Mariam coordinated closely with the teams and is to make sure the project went according to plan.
Including pre photos our our living room (white walls) and post (green walls), prep work, back deck stained.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Zarazua and are already thinking about the next project we will do with them!

I was very impressed with Zarazua from the start. They communicated very well and were on time AND did an amazing paint job. I had wallpaper glue residue and related issues from where wallpaper had been removed at the entrance, stairwell, and hallways. Mario and his team did a fabulous job taking care of all of it. They were super kind and considerate. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend Zarazua Painting and will definitely use them again for any painting, home repair or remodel. I am grateful that my neighbor recommended them to me. They far exceeded all my wishes and went above an beyond my expectations. Adan and his crew were very professional, hard working and took pride in providing excellent work. Everyday they cleaned up and left the house in working order with as few disruption as possible. They genuinely cared about provided exceptional service.
