Would not recommend this company to friends and family. The company was super responsive and sent someone out the next day to check on a leak which was awesome. But we did not have a great experience with the tech, he seemed almost cocky when he showed up and then it went downhill from there. The estimate ended up taking 2.5 hours and during that time I was told I had a leak, didn’t have a leak (he called his boss to ask for advice) and was finally told again that I had a leak. He then wanted to do a full house assessment for an additional cost but at that point I didn’t trust his professional opinion any further. Asked for the quotes to be emailed and sent on his way.
The PlumV crew was great to work with and they have a polite and courteous crew. They helped us with a job that lasted a couple of days and they worked hard to complete it in a timely manner. We were very happy with their work.

Paul did an excellent job! He was efficient and professional, shared his knowledge with me along the way, and was generally delightful to work with. Will definitely use again!!!

My husband died last year and I have been left to handle the house all by myself, which is something I’m not accustomed to. I had a leak Dripping into my crawlspace, so I called PlumbV. As a widow, was worried that I might get taken advantage of. I am also selling my house. The technician, Raji, did a free evaluation of all of the plumbing in this house? Raji was extremely professional. I am thankful that I found a company that was honest, efficient, and competent. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing issues at all. You will receive honest service from technicians that have a care and concern for your home.

In the first appointment, the PlumbV plumber came and diagnosed the issue, worked on it and things were "fixed". I had to call back 2 days later return because my vanity was still leaking. I requested a different plumber or to have a manager call me to work it out. I am still waiting for a manager to call and have since contacted Carrboro Plumbing to take care of the issue.
This was a real let down as they are local and were recommended to me by a neighbor.

PlumbV was super responsive and professional. The assessor, Philip came to our house and went up to the attic with us, explained the situation with our gas lines and even took a look at our HVAC and made us recommendations. They were transparent about which parts of the work we could do ourselves and which they would send us a quote for. We received the quote shortly after and the price was very digestible! We will definitely be using them in the future.

Jason helped me out with my plumbing issue today. It was a great experience. He was very nice to work with and I feel like he was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend this company and this technician. I will definitely call them back when I need help.

Had a fairly minor issue pop up with a water heater and needed some service. Messaged the company and recieved a call back within a couple of hours. Much faster than I'd have expected. The issue wasn't an emergency but they still managed to schedule me very quickly for the next day. Tech called and showed up early in the appointment window (also fairly unheard of these days) and was absolutely fantastic about listening to what I said about what was going on and what I wanted done. The lady st the office that made my appointment and the technician both were very friendly and accommodating. The service, for what was done WAS a bit on the expensive side for what I would have expected, but not nearly as over the top as many companies these days. Given the prompt service, the friendly demeanor, and the willingness to listen to the customer (all things you don't tend to see much these days) I'm not going to complain. The work was quick and done exactly the way I had requested and the tech was fantastic about making sure he didn't make or leave any mess behind. I would have no issues based upon this experience of recommending these guys to others.
