Update- 6/5/24- I received the refund for the duct cleaning yesterday. Thank you very much.
EDIT: 5/24/24- I was planning on updating this when I received my refund of $981.34 for the duct cleaning, but since you responded that it's been issued, when was it issued, and when can I expect to receive it? I just checked my credit card account and there's nothing there from your company.
It's not a 'lag in communication' when someone calls and then emails multiple times with no response from management. Interestingly, it took me leaving this review to receive a call from Victor the morning after this was posted.
Although Victor took ownership of all the mistakes made and tried to make it right by sending someone out to check the ductwork installation, (which happened on Wednesday) and not disputing that we wanted a refund for the duct cleaning, which I appreciate, your response and smiley face undermine the fact that this has been an outrageous experience for my family.

We had Justin and Will out to give an estimate for duct cleaning on 3/20 because of a bad smell in our house that our previous HVAC company couldn't figure out. My family and I were having headaches, sinus issues, and several other uncharacteristic issues. Through inspection, we discovered we had two rusty ducts, and it was recommended to replace them. We agreed and scheduled the duct replacement and cleaning for 3/26. We already have two Air Scrubbers, so we were hopeful this would solve the problem. They were both great and I had been happy with their service, so I had left a 5-star review.
My husband was home the day of the duct repair and cleaning and said no issues were brought to his attention. We hoped this would solve the problem.
After the duct cleaning, the smell had not gone away, just lessened, so on 5/7, we had a mold inspection. The inspector lifted the register on our master bedroom floor and saw the bottom was full of mold spores, meaning it wasn't cleaned. Due to this, we needed to have air testing done.
I called Streamline to ask if cleaning the registers was part of the service, as it is with other companies, and was told yes. I let the woman know what was found. She apologized, thanked me for letting them know, and said she would speak with the management team.
The next morning, I checked all of the other registers on our main floor to discover they were also filthy. I took pictures and emailed them to Streamline on 5/9. I received a response from Dani apologizing and stating she would be forwarding my information to the management team. I heard nothing back. (pictures attached)
On 5/13, I received the air test results, which revealed Aspergillus penicillin and Cladosporium in our air. One recommendation was to have the air ducts recleaned and sanitized. This means I now have to pay a second company for the job I already paid Streamline to do, which is a significant financial burden. I told Streamline that I would like to be refunded for their duct cleaning. ($915.00)
Again, Dani said she had 'sent this to our management team and let them know that you would like a refund. They should contact you within 48 business hours.' I have no reason to believe they will follow up with me, given that I have been waiting for a call since 5/7.
Given that your catchphrase is 'How can we make you smile today?', I had high expectations for your service, especially from your' management team.' However, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response and the poor service we have received.
This place was great. From the timely and friendly updates coming from the office to the techs informed decision making. I am appreciative of the repair made to my home and would call them again if something comes up. Tom and Austin were my techs, both dudes had good conversation and got the job done quickly.

Arrived on time. Knowledgeable. Patient. Courteous and Professional. Seemed very honest and made me feel comfortable during our discussions. Answered all my questions. Did not make me feel rushed when I was asking questions. Very easy to deal with!

Preston arrived on time and inspected the A/C and other parts. He was very thorough. He sat with me for a while and professionally explained what was wrong with the A/C and options available for a replacement. He answered all of my financial questions too. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I have chosen Streamline Services for my new A/C. Very impressive and very grateful.
They were quick to schedule an appointment for a new AC. TJ Mitchell worked hard all day in 98 degree heat and installed the best AC we ever had! It works beautifully! You all are above and beyond. Thank you, thank you.

Update: Was reached back out from streamline , and they were able to honor the original price... and explained the miscommunication.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from your company. I have been a customer in the past and have always found your service to be professional. However, my recent experience has left me unsatisfied and reconsidering future business with your company.
I scheduled an AC tune-up two weeks in advance and confirmed with the scheduler multiple times that the price quoted included cleaning, not just a check. On the day of the appointment, I received a message requesting to reschedule, which I agreed to, and the technician came out the following day.
To my surprise, the technician informed me that cleaning would be an additional $125 on top of the original fee. I was shocked because I had verified during booking that cleaning was included. When I discussed this with the technician and his supervisor, they reviewed the recorded conversation and acknowledged the miscommunication. Despite this, they insisted on the additional charge.
I am disappointed that such a reputable company would not honor the original agreement, especially after acknowledging the mistake.

Austin was amazing. Super respectful. Super genuine. Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Went over it twice with my wife on speaker phone so she could also speak with him. He was about 30 min late to my expected appointment time, but he made up for it with such a thorough inspection of my plumbing and septic system. I recommend you ask for Austin.

Cam and Jacob came over to diagnose some of our electrical issues, as well as giving us a quote for light fixture installation.
Absolutely amazing guys - respectful of our home and floors and just genuinely great guys to talk to. They were incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of topics and were able to answer all the questions I had with visual aids and great explanations. They were direct and realistic about the products I would need/wouldn't need and did not push anything unnecessarily.
Really can't recommend these guys enough. Great experience.

My whole system decided to backup into my house on a Sunday afternoon. Mother’s Day in fact! I called Streamline and they sent my savior, Will, within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem fairly quickly. A ROOT SYSTEM IN THE PIPES! I thought it would be much worse, but he was in and out in an hour and a half! I hope to never need them again, but if I need any plumbing, emergency or not, I know they’re a call away!

We called Streamline services when our water heater broke. The service was outstanding. Jaden T. was so professional and has explained me all the issues. We had to replace water heater and Jaden completed the job in less than 2 hours from start to finish. His service was above and beyond!
