Overall

Terrible company, and the owner is a complete loser. Screws anything he can. My husband and I am new to the area, and he tried to pick me up the scum bag.

Very professional, very friendly, good quality work no rushing. They just paved our road and fixed my driveway back farther than dot would allow. I'm not in a good financial position right now to repave the end of my driveway and they took that into account and used the left over material out out the paver to completely fix my driveway problem I've had for years. And they stayed after hours on their own time to do so. I am very grateful and would definitely recommend there business to anyone private, commercial, or dot. Again Thank you Carl Rose and Sons for helping me!!!!

I bought a house and it had a pea gravel drive. I called to have it changed to asphalt. It took 3 days and looks great. I worked with Isaac and he was very professional. I am sure I will enjoy this for years to come.

Had them out in Sept 2019 for a chip and tar rural driveway. Accepted their bid Oct 2019 and they promised to be out here in Spring 2020. In Spring 2020 I called and they said they'd pencil me in. Nothing. Called them in August 2020, they came out and said they'd get to it by the end of the year. Now it's Nov and I was just told to call a competitor because they "might" be able to get to it in the Spring.
Unless you have a state contract in your hands don't waste your time. These guys don't care about average homeowners and farmers.
