BEWARE, I would definitely avoid this company! Spoke with one of their reps Steven on Monday 6/17/24 about doing an attic and crawl space insulation job on a rental property. Steven promised and scheduled an appointment to be there 6/18/24 and asked for the tenants to grant him access to measure and look at the attic. Well, Tuesday passed with multiple calls from tenants asking where he was? As they took off work for this appointment. No word from him Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday....so I called him and he stated he was not able to get out there and said to give him another chance and he would go Monday. I told him to forget it and I will go with someone else who has respect for their clients. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I got a quote from Bestway. They said they would be here in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks I called them back. They said it would be 2 more weeks. The lady on the phone was very rude and said they only care about jobs that are 10000 sqft or more.
