My Mom had her roof fixed from a few shingles that have flown off thanks to this wind and rain that we've been having about a month ago.
She went through Big Timber Roofing. The young man that came out both times was Brain, and he was one of the nicest people I've met her in Fayetteville in a long time. Very honest and professional, and they clean up their mess and don't leave a mess. They were quick, and the roof looks great! The shingles are so close to the rest of the roof that my Mom is very happy.

We called Brian and scheduled a roofing estimate and he came the next day on Monday! He started the project on Friday at 7am and was completed by 3:30pm! Reasonable pricing and great work!!

Brian was absolutely amazing. He came out to look at my attic venting due to an improper installation by a less than reputable roofer last year. All my venting was blocked and my attic was reaching temperatures of 130 degrees. Brian came out and quickly solved my issues at an almost unbelievably low cost. I can’t begin to explain how helpful, informative, polite, and experienced he was. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience with Big Timber Roofing. Big Timber (Brian) had given us an estimate back in February to replace our roof after a hail storm. We decided not to go forward since the damage wasn't too bad. After the last hurricane, we contacted our insurance provider who had a website for precleared roofers. The one they gave us would not give us an estimate but wanted us to sign/initial a "work order" which was basically a blank check. We called Brian to come back to look at the roof again. He stood by his previous estimate and so we hired his crew. They were done in 2 days and we could not be happier with the results. Brian was very attentive and returned our calls quickly and answered our questions. The roofing crew were professional, respectful and did an excellent job. Couldn't be more happy. Would highly recommend this company. If you need roofing replacement/repairs, contact Big Timber. You have nothing to lose and you will probably be very happy with them after the job is done.

Brian and his team have done an excellent job. They stripped the old shingles and repaired the roof sheathing and then installed new shingles. The job was completed in one day with all waste cleaned up. Thank you Big Timber Roofing NC.
