I had Brian Odom replace the roof on my house and install two solar tubes. One solar tube in the laundry room and one in the bathroom because there are no windows in those two rooms. They only installed the solar tubes in the roof not in the interior of the house. I was going to have someone else install them inside the house because Brian said they couldn’t do it. After saving up for more repairs for the house I was ready to have them finished. Problem is the bathroom solar tube was NOT installed in the bathroom but in the upper kitchen cabinets. Accidents happen, I understand that. I called them and was told to call back at the end of the week so I called back and Brian told me that I would have to pay him AGAIN to fix the mistake they made. At the end of our call he said I’d have to call him back at the end of the week again because he was on a job. I called back yet again and he then said it was my fault I chose to have the solar tube installed in my kitchen cabinets. ???? I called the office and talked to the office manager and she was very nice to me but nothing changed. I called Brian again but he blocked my call. Ultimately I was left with a new roof, a yard with lots of debris they didn’t clean up until I called them and they came back to clean up their mess, one solar tube installed correctly and one solar tube that I will never be able to use and an unnecessary hole in the roof. I spent about $7,000 for those who care. Please don’t throw your money away with this company.

These guys did a great job installing my roof 21 years ago and were our choice to come out and replace it. The workers were professional and efficient. Unluckily for them, they ran over the cable box on the street when they were leaving for the day, killing internet for a day. Stuff happens. However, I've docked them a star because they did not color-match the new shingles to the old. As bad as that is, I've docked them another star because they never gave us a choice for the replacement color. They said that the color of the old shingles was between two colors they had, which I can understand. That they decided to put on the darker of the two without input from me is horrible. The final star was docked because I never even got an "Oops, sorry." or "My bad.", let alone any discount in cost. As it was, they over-billed me for the number of sheets of plywood they used on the roof. I do not go to a restaurant and tell the cook how to scramble eggs nor do I tell a roofer how to roof but to get blind-sided with a roof that now mismatches the detached garage is quite unfortunate. Be specific in your instructions with these guys and ensure they know, understand, and meet your expectations.
