Gill Security is absolutely the best! I’ve been a Gill client for over 30 years. I called about a sensor alert. Laura was incredibly patient and went the extra mile to try to help me! I ended up needing a tech, and she promptly scheduled an appointment for me. Thomas was on time and understood the problem immediately and resolved the issue in minutes. I love the service from Gill Security, and will continue to recommend them!

I’ve been a customer with Gill Systems Inc for years. Every time I have an issue if any they always come out and take care of the problem. If it’s something that I can do myself they’ll advise me to save a service fee. I enjoy being a member of the Gill’s security family. I’m looking forward to adding more security features to my system.

The customer service is superb! We recently had new doors installed and needed to have our security system reinstalled. As with most services you’re given a window of time but the site tech called ahead of time to notify us when to actually expect arrival. Very convenient! He offered to cover his shoes to help protect our hardwood floors and he upgraded our previous door system without a huge upgrade in expense! I wish I could give Gill Security 10 stars! We have been a customer for more than a decade and we have their service installed in two houses and two business locations. I can honestly say that we have never had an issue with them! We definitely recommend!
