Mediocre customer service, sales reps don’t know their own equipment, and the system in the house bought it brand new 2 years ago) is faulty junk! They will happily accommodate you to set up service which is more expensive after talking directly with ADT CORPORATE then ADT itself. But when you try to cancel it’s not a priority to them. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Alan and his staff are very professional. They did the alarm system and audio in our home. They expertly stepped us through all of our system operations and have been available and helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend them.

Great Company! It was an absolute pleasure working with Kelly! We are Yankees, so needless to say we are always in a hurry and somewhat uptight. Kelly responded promptly, was on time to the house during the closing, and even stuck around waiting for us three hours after the system was installed! Just to show us how it worked! Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Kelly and Safe Watch!!

Great service! Kelly was very helpful and very nice. He came back multiple times to make sure we knew how to use the security system. As first time home security users, we needed some guidance and he walked us through everything. He also hung our tv over the fireplace and our dogs loved him too!

TERRIBLE company. We moved in to our brand new construction home and hired them for home security and to mount and wire our TV and surround sound. INCOMPETENT morons work there. Used electrical tape, spliced unnecessarily, and we have had continuous problems with our speakers and audio from the TV ever since. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
