The hiring process is very slow, they post on indeed "urgently Hiring" but yet, it has taken almost a week and still no response. You go in, fill out your app, they send you for a drug test, which they get the results the same day you go and take the drug test, and they still don't call you. What is really nerve racking is the fact that the receptionist had to ask for my phone number twice! It's on my application and you need it again? To give to the person who looks over the application to call me? That doesn't make sense. Something is very wrong with this place, definitely going to seek employment somewhere else! Definitely do not recommend applying here!

Cooper Construction is a great company!! I have had the privelage of working with them as a supplier for almost 5 years, and there is not a better customer to have. They expect to get what they pay for, and are true team player with their subs and vendors. I cannot say enough good things about the family at Cooper Construction!!
