The entire process was great from my initial inquiry about blinds, setting up an appointment to meet with a sales person, meeting with Heather at the store to look at and choose blinds, meeting Heather and Aarron at my home to measure my windows and then the installation with Aaron. The entire process was efficent and professional. We love the blinds and the service!
Had a wonderful experience with Heather! She was punctual, detail oriented, measured each window, and took the time to understand my budget and answer any questions I had - then, came back with a proposal to make it all work. The installation crew was also great.

Jamie was friendly and efficient, helpful with choices, and relaxed as I pondered. It took a few weeks for the delivery, but installation was quick. The final product is perfect for my needs. I am a happy customer!

We are doing a few small renovations and have problems every step of the way except with our blinds. From my first call to Blinds and Designs to installation, they were excellent. I was surprised to get an appointment so fast, Heather came to our home and is so knowledgeable and was very prepared with samples and so helpful with suggestions. She measured and got me the quote and I ordered. The blinds came when promised with no delays. Kyle came for installation on the day and time promised. He was so organized with the installation and did such a wonderful job. He showed me how everything worked and cleaned up as he worked. We are so happy with our blinds and Blinds and Design.
