Ronald not only helped us out but also educated us on what was happening! His customer service, work, and professionalism will definitely get my business again!!! Genius, honest, and reliable at his craft. We had a simple progressive problem that another plumbing service demanded replacing pipe-work throughout the entire hose without identifying the problem. Ronald figured out the problem quickly and restored service completely for less than half the price of the competitors initial consult. If only our government were this competent. Ronald for PRESIDENT !!

I noticed my water heater leaking from the side panel late Friday night. I called Certified Plumbing on Saturday morning explaining that I would likely need a new water heater because of the location of the leak. They gave me a good price quote, especially for a weekend emergency call. They had a technician out in about three hours. He noticed that there was signs of burning on the electrical from the leak. Ronald got to work right away and got it done in a few hours with no issues. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine and there are no leaks. There also was no surprise fees, the price was same as quoted. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs. Pictures are of the electrical burning from leaky water heater. Other picture is of new water heater installed.

I used Certified Plumbing services to address a number of plumbing issues associated with the purchase and sale of a North Raleigh home. These included plumbing inspection underneath the house, repair of leaks associated with p-trap fittings, shower valves, and washer hot & cold water valves, toilet flange repair, hot water heater repairs, and ensuring proper operation of master bathroom hot tub. I was impressed with Ron Barbour's knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. His fees were also very reasonable. Ron is a skilled plumber and I highly recommend his service.

Ronald was AWESOME!! I required professional assistance ASAP. I needed to repair my spigot after breaking it. Ronnie was quickly responding to my request. Since it was a Saturday, he didn't come out, but showed up on Monday as promised. Diagnosed the problem with my well pump and replaced it within 4 hrs. Price was reasonable with parts and labor. I'd recommend Certified Plumbing for their services.

My hot water heater went out over the weekend. Ronald actually took the time on Sunday to return a call, understand the work that needed to be done, and schedule it for as soon as possible the next day. Unlike other large companies in the market that spend a lot of money on marketing or wont return a weekend call, or that want to charge 4X their weekly rate to visit on a weekend…… Ronald was very accommodating in getting the work scheduled, showed up when he said he would and made me aware of any potential future issues. Highly recommend Ronald.
